Chevron Lace Cardigan

I've been working away on these cardigans for the last month or so and recently gave each one their first outing.  I love the chevron design: it just brings a bit of cosy, crochet glam into my winter wardrobe.

I used DK acrylic wool (nice and practical) and this pattern by milobo on Ravelry.  It's seamless, which I didn't believe until I actually tried and you basically just work from the top down for as long as you like meaning that you could make a wee bolero if you fancied.

Here's me mastering the art of the selfie in poor light.  Now you see why I'll never be a fashion blogger!

What have you made recently?

  1. They both look very nice. Great crochet work. :)

  2. Looks great!. I'm always looking for crochet garment patterns that are too granny if you know what I mean.

  3. Beautiful! I'm a recent crochet convert but I love it - these are so lovely and light, but I bet they're so warm too! Excellent work! :)

  4. Beautiful cardigans glam! I'm addicted to crocheting animals but I'm too scared to do a cardie because I just don't understand how I'd get the size right but I should just grab the bull by the horns. Stopping by from Handmade Monday
