Weekend Inspiration: Crochet Hook Rolls

Well, hello and welcome to the weekend!

I'm busy completing a to-do list of about one hundred items before making an escape to enjoy the sunshine.  I've had a crazy bit of time at work but with ten teaching days left I am now officially going into "pretend-it's-already-the-summer-holidays mode".

A few weeks back, I won a giveaway from Emma's beautiful blog Lulu Loves for Girls' Night In: Crafts, Cakes and Cocktails for the Ultimate Party by Hannah Read-Baldrey.  One of the projects that particularly took my fancy was the make-up brush roll.  How perfect would it be for storing crochet hooks?

Then inevitably I found myself on Pinterest looking out some other amazing designs and DIYs.  Here are a selection to get your creative juices flowing this weekend.

Have a wonderful weekend craftees!

  1. Lots of lovely ideas! I really like the purple fabric in the first photo. I don't crochet so have no need for a roll for hooks but I've seen something similar for childrens colouring pencils that I've always thought was a good idea.
